• the patient is the policyholder or an eligible dependant
• you have proof of payment or provider billing documents

Before you start

You will need:

• member ID or policy number
• provider or facility name
• date of service and amount claimed
• medical invoices, receipts, prescriptions, referrals, or discharge notes

How to apply

1. Verify your WhatsApp phone number.
2. Enter the claimant and patient details.
3. Add the treatment details and upload evidence.
4. Check your answers before sending the claim.
